Bronx, NY – On Friday, June 21, at approximately 4:00 p.m., a 63-year-old female was assaulted near the intersection of Bruckner Boulevard and Westchester Avenue. Two unidentified females approached the victim, punching and kicking her multiple times before fleeing on foot in an unknown direction.

The victim sustained swelling and bruising to her face but refused medical attention at the scene. The police are seeking any information that may lead to the identification of the suspects. The investigation remains ongoing.
