Pop-Up Car Rally Designated at Special Event Zone in Ocean City

OCEAN CITY, MD – The Town of Ocean City will soon designate all roads within its limits as a Special Event Zone.

This will happen from Tuesday, September 19, through Sunday, September 24.

This designation is in anticipation of the “Pop-up Rally” car event, which historically occurs near the end of September.

While the event no longer calls Ocean City its home, the Ocean City Police Department and the Town of Ocean City are taking proactive measures to ensure safety and security.

Residents and visitors are advised to check the news release for more information on the Special Event Zone designation.
