New Italian Restaurant Taking Over at L’Osteria

TOMS RIVER, NJ – L’Osteria, an Italian restaurant that opened to much fanfare in Toms River has closed its doors. Today, a new sign went up in its place.

A new restaurant called “Patricia’s” is opening at the location. On Thursday, Shore News Network called the Red Bank location for the Patrizia’s chain. A man who answered the phone said the new restaurant was affiliated with the brand, even telling Shore News Network they are working with the township for permits.

On Friday, a representative for Patrizia’s said the information was incorrect and the Toms River location is not affiliated with the New York brand.

We reached out to the email address on the banner and have not received a response on the matter.

If you’re a fan of Patrizia’s of Staten Island and New York, the good news is, you don’t have to wait. Their closest location is in Red Bank.
