Poughkeepsie Fentanyl Dealer Arrested in Drug Task Force Operation

Poughkeepsie, NY – The Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office Drug Task Force has conducted an investigation into fentanyl sales in multiple locations within Poughkeepsie. Christian Blades, 31, was identified as the key dealer involved in these activities.

Blades was arrested on Tuesday, shortly after noon, on Parker Avenue. He faces two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, categorized as a Class B felony.

Following his arrest, Blades was arraigned in Poughkeepsie City Court and held in Dutchess County Jail without bail. Authorities indicated that Blades may face additional charges as the investigation progresses.
