WASHINGTON, DC – President Donald J. Trump’s time in office is winding down and while Joe Biden is being inaugurated, the outgoing President is planning an ‘outgoing’ event at Andrews Air Force Base before returning to Florida. Trump said he will not be attending Biden’s inauguration which is scheduled to begin around noon on January 20th.
