Projectile Damage in Severn Homes Investigated

SEVERN, MD – Local police are investigating multiple incidents of homes damaged by projectiles in Severn. On Monday, officers were called to address reports involving damage to two residences. The first incident was reported at a home located in the 8300

block of Canyon Oak Drive, where the homeowner discovered a projectile on the carpet and a damaged upper-level window. In another case, a projectile entered through the rear of a residence in the 7900 block of Canter Court, lodging in the shower.

These incidents are believed to have occurred between Thursday and Monday. Additional reports emerged of another home on Canter Court sustaining damage from a fired projectile at the rear of the property.
