QUEENS, NY — A 33-year-old man, Blake Deyrod, faces murder and weapon possession charges following a fatal shooting in Queens. On March 23, 2021, around 1:00 PM, police responded to a 911 call reporting shots fired at 3169 49 Street at the Woodside Houses.
A 29-year-old male was found with multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to NYC Health Hospitals/Elmhurst, where he was later pronounced dead.
The investigation is ongoing, with no other arrests reported.
