Recognize Him? Police Looking For Home Intruder in Wheaton

Wheaton, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 4th District Investigative Section are looking into a residential burglary that took place on Burton Hill Drive in Wheaton. Following the incident, surveillance footage of the male suspect has been made public, seeking assistance from the community in identifying him.

4th District officers responded to the burglary report at approximately 12:12 a.m. According to initial findings, an unidentified male suspect unlawfully entered the residence while one of the occupants was asleep, later fleeing the scene after taking property.

A review of the home’s surveillance cameras has provided detectives with a description of the suspect, describing him as a Hispanic male with long hair, donning a winter hat, thick glasses, a light-colored sweatshirt, blue jeans, winter gloves, and carrying a backpack.
