Richmond police seek porch pirate suspect in package theft from Brook Road business

RICHMOND, Va. — Richmond Police are investigating a package theft that occurred at a business on the 2000 block of Brook Road in the early hours of October 23. According to the department, an individual entered the locked premises around 1:05 a.m. and stole multiple packages.

The suspect was captured on security cameras and is described as wearing a black jacket with a fur-trimmed collar, black pants, dark-colored shoes, and a black skull hat. Detectives from the Fourth Precinct are working to identify the individual and have released images to assist in the investigation.

Anyone with information regarding the suspect’s identity is urged to contact Fourth Precinct Detective K. Robinson at (804) 646-6820 or submit an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers at (804) 780-1000. Police are encouraging the public’s assistance as they continue to investigate the incident.
