Rockville, MD– The Rockville City Police Department has obtained a still image of a suspect linked to two stabbings that occurred on Sunday shortly after 5:30 p.m. Authorities are working to gather more surveillance footage from local businesses.

The incidents took place near the Twinbrook Metro station and the 1500 block of Rockville Pike. Police urge anyone who may have seen someone matching the suspect’s description to contact RCPD criminal investigators at 240-314-8900 or email Detectives@RockvilleMD.Gov. Callers can choose to remain anonymous.

The investigation is ongoing, with the RCPD collaborating with Metro Transit Police and seeking assistance from federal law enforcement partners. The departments emphasize the seriousness of the matter and are actively pursuing leads related to the suspect’s whereabouts.
