SHAKER HEIGHTS, OH — A lucky winner has claimed a $150,000 prize after purchasing a Lady Luck 100X scratch-off ticket at the Sunoco on Lee Road in Shaker Heights.

After taxes, the winner will receive approximately $108,000. Lady Luck 100X is a $20 game offering top prizes of $40,000 a year for 25 years, with two top prizes still remaining as of September 23.
