Spring Road Closure Extended for Gas Line Repairs

Vineland, NJ – Spring Road, between Dante Avenue and Lincoln Avenue, will remain closed to through traffic until Friday, March 7. The closure is in effect 24 hours a day and is expected to last for approximately one more week.

The road is tentatively scheduled to reopen at 4:00 PM on March 7, weather permitting. The closure is due to gas line repairs being conducted by the contractor JF Kiely for South Jersey Gas. The work zone is located near Lincoln Avenue.

Emergency vehicles and school buses cannot travel through Spring Road to Lincoln Avenue. Vehicles must use Arrowhead Trail to enter or exit Spring Road. Barricades are set up on Spring Road and Lincoln Avenue to control access.
