NEWARK, NJ – Newark and State Police in New Jersey have issued an amber alert for 3-year-old Pedro Dasilva. Pedro is described by police as a white male, last seen wearing a red hooded sweater and gray pants.
The suspect who was seen last with Pedro is described as a black male with a black Northface jacket and black pants. He was wearing white sneakers. The two were last seen in Newark.
