STUART, FL – Stuart Police Detectives arrested Christine Hebert, from Martin County, and charged her with DUI Manslaughter. Hebert struck a father and son who were riding motorcycles in the early afternoon on 1/5/2022. The father died from his injuries. The crash occurred on SE Federal Hwy at Central Parkway.
