CHICAGO, IL – Michael Williams, 24, of the 7700 block of S. Maryland Ave., is facing felony charges following a shooting incident that left a 24-year-old woman injured.
Williams was arrested on September 11 at 5:44 p.m. in the 700 block of E. 79th St. He was identified as the individual who shot the woman less than half an hour earlier in the same location.
Charges against Williams include one felony count of Attempt – Murder – First Degree and one felony count of Aggravated Battery/Discharge Firearm.
Williams is scheduled to appear at the Central Bond Court, located at 2600 S. California, on September 13. No further information is currently available.
