NEW YORK, NY – It’s not a case of grand theft auto, but the New York City Police Department said it is a case of grand larceny. A suspect stole a 95-year-old man’s electric wheelchair on Wednesday near 277 West End Avenue in Manhattan. The man left his wheelchair outside an office and when he returned it was gone. Police released video of an unknown black subject fleeing the scene, riding in the motorized wheelchar.
