SYRACUSE, NY — A top-prize winning TAKE 5 ticket worth $29,668.50 was sold in Syracuse for Monday night’s drawing, the New York Lottery announced Tuesday.
The lucky ticket was purchased at Maloney Superette, located at 405 Stolp Avenue. The win came from the July 14 TAKE 5 Evening drawing.
TAKE 5 players select from numbers one through 39, with drawings held twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Prizes can be claimed up to one year from the date of the drawing.
The New York Lottery contributes billions annually to public education and remains the most profitable lottery in North America.
