**Wellsville, NY** – Wellsville Police arrested Brian B. King, 57, on Sunday and charged him with Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors in the first degree, which is a Class D Felony.

The arrest is linked to an incident that occurred on North Main Street. Following his arrest, King was processed by the police.

He was then transported to the Allegany County Jail. King is awaiting arraignment in CAP Court.

He will appear in the Wellsville Village Court at a future date.

Home invasion burglary, now a first-degree crime, involves entering a residence with the intent to commit an offense while causing bodily harm or carrying a weapon. Residential burglary, classified as a second-degree crime, encompasses unlawful entry with the intent to commit an offense. Juveniles involved in these crimes might be tried as adults if possessing firearms during offenses.
