**Lewes, DE** – Delaware State Police arrested 36-year-old Maurice Finney of Milford, Delaware, for his fifth DUI offense along with other traffic violations.
The incident occurred on Friday at around 1:35 a.m. A trooper on patrol observed a Chevrolet Traverse weaving while driving north on Coastal Highway near Postal Lane.
