Baltimore, MD – A significant breakthrough has occurred in investigating a shooting incident in Baltimore’s Northern District on December 14th. A 17-year-old male suspect has been apprehended in connection with the shooting of a 16-year-old male victim in the 4100 block of Edgehill Avenue.

The arrest was executed by Warrant Apprehension detectives, who transported the suspect to the Central Booking Intake Facility yesterday. There, the teenager was charged as an adult with attempted first-degree murder, marking a critical step forward in the case.

The incident unfolded on the afternoon of December 14, when police were dispatched to Edgehill Avenue following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they found a 16-year-old male with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. The victim was promptly taken to a local hospital, where he continues to receive treatment for his injuries.
