Nobody likes garbage cans, but most of us put up with them because we need them. Without them, we would have homes full of trash. But this bulldog takes things one step further and actively goes around his neighborhood harassing his neighbors garbage cans. We’re not sure what they did to him, but we think there’s some deep seeded history between him and the trash.
