Three Arrested in Jersey City Narcotics Investigation, Over 900 Grams of Cocaine Seized

JERSEY CITY, N.J. — The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Gang Task Force has arrested three individuals in connection with a narcotics distribution operation in Jersey City, authorities announced Friday.

During the investigation, law enforcement officers recovered over 900 grams of cocaine, four pounds of marijuana, other narcotics, and two handguns, according to Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez.

Jamaal George, 47, of Newark, is among those charged in the case. Additional details, including the charges faced by George and the identities of the other two suspects, have not yet been released.

The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office continues its investigation.
