NEW YORK, NY — Three lucky TAKE 5 players are each $5,511.50 richer after purchasing top-prize tickets for Sunday’s midday drawing, lottery officials announced.
The winning tickets for the July 27 TAKE 5 Midday drawing were sold at Pinky Quick Stop, located at 2934 Wilkinson Ave. in the Bronx; Katz Drugs, located at 76 Graham Ave. in Brooklyn; and SG Food Center Corp, located at 88-21 169th St. in Jamaica.
TAKE 5 numbers are drawn from one through 39, with drawings televised twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Winners have up to one year from the date of the drawing to claim their prize.
The New York Lottery contributed $3.8 billion to public schools in the last fiscal year, maintaining its spot as North America’s largest and most profitable lottery.
