Three New Yorkers win big in Tuesday’s TAKE 5 drawing

NEW YORK — Three lucky lottery players won big in Tuesday’s TAKE 5 evening drawing, with top-prize tickets worth $10,711 sold in the Bronx, Buffalo, and Mineola.

The winning tickets were purchased at MK Great Stuff on East 233rd Street in the Bronx, Tops Markets on Seneca Street in Buffalo, and Lucky Mini Market on Willis Avenue in Mineola. The TAKE 5 drawing, held twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., selects numbers from a field of one through 39.

Winners have up to one year from the date of the drawing to claim their prizes.

The New York Lottery, the largest and most profitable in North America, contributed $3.8 billion to public schools in the 2023-2024 fiscal year.
