BALTIMORE, MD — A violent night unfolded in North Baltimore on Saturday as police responded to three separate shootings that left one man dead and four others injured across three districts. Investigations into all incidents are underway, with police urging anyone with information to come forward.

In the Northeast District, an officer conducting a business check near Radecke Avenue at 9:36 p.m. heard gunfire and was approached by a 33-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the leg. The officer provided immediate aid, applying a tourniquet before the victim was transported to a hospital. Detectives later determined the man had been shot in the 4900 block of Frankford Avenue.

Earlier in the evening, Northwest District officers responded to a report of gunfire in the 5500 block of Hamlin Avenue around 8:15 p.m. They discovered a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite being rushed to a hospital, the victim succumbed to his injuries. Homicide detectives have taken over the case and are seeking leads to identify the suspect and the victim.

The night’s violence began at approximately 7:25 p.m. in the Northern District, where police found two shooting victims—a 26-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman—inside a business in the 5100 block of Park Heights Avenue. A third victim, a 21-year-old man, later arrived at a hospital with a gunshot wound. All three victims remain hospitalized in critical but stable condition.

Police in each district have asked for the public’s assistance in providing information to aid their investigations, offering anonymous tip lines through Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland.
