A quick stop at a Toms River convenience store turned into a seven-figure payday after one Jersey Cash 5 ticket matched every winning number.
TRENTON, N.J. — A Jersey Cash 5 ticket worth $1.3 million was sold at a Toms River convenience store after matching all five numbers drawn Thursday night.
The winning numbers were 06, 27, 41, 43 and 44. The Bullseye number was 43 and the XTRA multiplier was 02.
The winning ticket was purchased at Country Farms, 193 Route 70 West and Whitesville Road in Toms River.
The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus for selling the jackpot-winning ticket.
In addition to the jackpot winner, 44 players matched four of the five numbers plus the Bullseye to win $500 each. Twelve of those players increased their prizes to $1,000 by purchasing the XTRA option.
The Jersey Cash 5 jackpot reset to $150,000 for Friday’s drawing.
