FORT LEE, NJ – A Toms River man, the driver of an ice cream truck driving along Henry Hudson Drive drove off a cliff in Palisades Park on Thursday. Police say the man, 22, drove the truck off the cliff, falling twenty feet into the woods below. He suffered minor head and neck injuries and was taken to Hackensack University Medical Center.
