TOMS RIVER, N.J. — The Toms River Little League Senior Softball All-Stars secured the New Jersey Section 3 Championship title Tuesday night, advancing to the state tournament.

The team clinched the win in front of local supporters, continuing a strong postseason run that has drawn praise from league officials and families.
