Toms River to host Sunday beach yoga series at Shelter Cove starting this weekend

TOMS RIVER, N.J. — Toms River Recreation is launching a weekly Sunday Beach Yoga series at Shelter Cove Bay Beach, beginning this weekend and continuing through the end of August.

Led by Kim Corby from Pure Toms River Yoga, the sessions will take place every Sunday from July 13 through August 31 at 7:30 a.m. The cost is $45 for the full eight-week series.

The beach yoga sessions will be held at Shelter Cove Bay Beach, located at 1390 Bay Avenue in Toms River. Participants are asked to bring a large beach blanket for practice. Bug spray and sunscreen will be available if needed, and blankets will be available for purchase.

All attendees must complete a liability waiver prior to their first session. A QR code is provided on promotional materials for easy registration.
