Traffic Alert: Road Closure on Skyline Drive in Oakland Due to Crash

OAKLAND, NJ—A major road closure has been announced following a serious motor vehicle accident on Skyline Drive. The incident has led to the complete shutdown of the road until further notice.

The crash occurred between the lower parking lot of the state park and the entrance to 287 Southbound. As a result, Oakland residents living on Skyline Drive are currently unable to access their homes directly and must use a detour through Wanaque.

The only available access to the state park is now via the detour routes established through Wanaque and Ringwood.
