OCEAN CITY, Md. — All southbound lanes of Philadelphia Avenue at 14th Street are currently closed following a serious motor vehicle collision, local authorities reported.

Traffic is being rerouted to St. Louis Avenue at 14th Street. Delays are expected in the area, and drivers are advised to seek alternate routes.
