QUEENS, N.Y. – The NYPD is searching for two people accused of holding a 47-year-old man at gunpoint and stealing his belongings during an overnight robbery in Queens.
The robbery happened at approximately 12:15 a.m. Tuesday in front of 175-20 Wexford Terrace within the NYPD’s 107th Precinct, according to NYPD Crime Stoppers. Police said two unidentified individuals approached the victim and demanded his property.

- Police said the suspects took the man’s wallet, cellphone and backpack.
- Both suspects fled on foot, and the NYPD is asking the public for information.
Police Say Suspects Displayed Gun During Queens Robbery
According to police, the two individuals approached the 47-year-old victim outside the Wexford Terrace address shortly after midnight.
“The two individuals demanded the victim’s property and displayed a black firearm,” NYPD Crime Stoppers said.
The suspects then took the victim’s wallet, phone and backpack, according to police.
“The unidentified individuals removed the victim’s wallet, phone and backpack before fleeing the location on foot to parts unknown,” the NYPD said.
Police did not report any injuries to the victim in the Crime Stoppers alert.
NYPD Crime Stoppers Seeks Tips
No arrests have been announced, and police are asking anyone who recognizes the suspects or has information about the robbery to contact investigators.

“Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline,” police said.
Two suspects are wanted in the armed robbery.
Police said both individuals approached the 47-year-old victim before demanding his property and displaying a black firearm.
The victim lost several personal belongings.
According to the NYPD, the suspects took his wallet, cellphone and backpack before running from the area.
The suspects remain unidentified.
