Separate traffic stops unfolded minutes apart on Route 35
WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ — Two drivers were arrested on DWI charges along State Highway 35 just three minutes apart early Wednesday, according to Wall Township Police.
Patrolman Kevin Donegan stopped Michael Ramirez-Aguilar, 22, of Freehold, at approximately 2:08 a.m. Police said Ramirez-Aguilar was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
He was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.
At approximately 2:11 a.m., Patrolman Clint Forgach made a separate motor vehicle stop on State Highway 35 and arrested Esgar Montoya Jimenez, 20, of Point Pleasant, for DWI.
Jimenez was also processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.
The charges are accusations, and both defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
