NEW YORK CITY, NY – A possible murder-suicide occurred last Thursday just after 5:30 p.m. in front of a medical care store on 101st Avenue in South Ozone Park, Queens.
The New York Police Department reported that a 42-year-old woman and a 46-year-old man were both shot in the head and were pronounced dead at Jamaica Hospital.
Investigators collected evidence at the scene, including a firearm that has been taken into evidence.
Residents in the area reported a large gathering of people and vehicles following the incident.
The New York Police Department is actively investigating the case. Witnesses or anyone with information are asked to contact the department.
