Two Men Stabbed in North Philadelphia, One in Critical Condition

PHILADELPHIA — Two men were injured in a stabbing early Saturday morning in North Philadelphia, according to police. Officers from the 25th District responded to a report of a stabbing on the 100 block of W. Gurney Street at approximately 12:18 a.m.

Upon arrival, officers found two victims. A 47-year-old man had been stabbed twice in the right thigh and was transported to Temple University Hospital by Medic 58. He is reported to be in stable condition. The second victim, a 41-year-old man, was stabbed multiple times throughout his body and was taken to Temple University Hospital by Medic 8. He remains in critical condition.

At this time, no scene has been located, and no weapons have been recovered. The Philadelphia Police Department has not made any arrests in connection with the stabbings.
