Two more teens arrested for involvement in the murder, robbery of Lynn Haven teen

LYNN HAVEN, FL – Lynn Haven Police have arrested two more local teens on felony charges of Robbery in connection with the on-going homicide investigation into the death of another local teen on December 5, 2021 at Cain-Griffin Park.

Elizabeth Marie Edenfield, Seventeen years of age, who listed a Fountain, FL address and Sixteen-year-old, Raylee Brook Hewett of Lynn Haven were taken into custody today after Investigators developed evidence that Edenfield and Hewett had acted in concert with others to rob fifteen-year-old Savien Thaniel Craven of a quantity of marijuana on that date. The robbery of Craven was perpetrated through the use of physical force and Oleoresin Capsicum spray, more commonly known as Pepper Spray. Edenfield and Hewett were active participants in the planning and execution of this crime which ultimately ended in the stabbing death of one local teen and the stabbing of a second teen who remains hospitalized in critical condition.

Savien Thaniel Craven was arrested on the night of the stabbing and charged with an Open Count of Murder and a separate count of Aggravated Battery. He remains in custody on those charges.

Investigators are continuing to work through the extensive amount of evidence collected in this case. Any future arrests will be made based on a careful analysis of the available evidence.
