PHILADELPHIA, PA – A 29-year-old Hispanic male was shot multiple times near 100 South Independence Mall East and pronounced dead at 9:27 p.m.
Another male was also shot in the arm and is in stable condition. The investigation is ongoing.
No arrests have been announced at this time.
