The tickets were sold at:

• GN CONVENIENCE STORE LLC located at 207-14 NORTHERN BLVD in BAYSIDE, which sold 1 prize winning ticket worth $32,113 

• WASHINGTON COFFEE & NEWS located at 790 WASHINGTON AVE in BROOKLYN, which sold 1 prize winning ticket worth $32,113

Take 5 numbers are drawn from a field of one through 39. Drawings take place every evening at 10:30 p.m. Winning tickets at all prize levels may be cashed up to one year from the date of the drawing.
