Hillside, NJ — A New Jersey Lottery player in Union County scored a $263,720 payout Wednesday morning after purchasing a Quick Draw ticket at a local convenience store.

The winning ticket was sold at Two Lucky Convenience Store, located at 154 Hillside Avenue in Hillside, according to lottery officials.

The prize represents 40 percent of the Quick Draw Progressive jackpot, which continues to climb and is now estimated at more than $396,000.

Quick Draw Progressive tickets automatically include a set of nine numbers. Players win a portion of the jackpot if all nine numbers are selected during eligible drawings, with the payout percentage based on the wager amount.

Lottery officials said higher wagers correspond to larger shares of the jackpot, with tickets at $10 per draw eligible for the full prize.

The Hillside win adds to a series of recent lottery payouts across New Jersey as players continue participating in draw-style games.
