MANHATTAN, NY — A Powerball player who purchased a ticket at an Upper East Side deli is holding a winning ticket worth $50,000 following the July 25 drawing.
The New York Lottery announced the third-prize-winning ticket was sold at York Ambe Deli & Grocery, located at 1661 York Ave. in Manhattan.
The ticket matched enough numbers to win the game’s $50,000 third prize.
Powerball drawings are held every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 p.m.
Lottery officials have not announced whether the prize has been claimed.
