Utica Man Survives Afternoon Shooting in Utica

UTICA, NY – The Utica Police Department arrived on the scene of a shooting investigation on the 1100 block of Brinckerhoff Ave. on Saturday,

At approximately 2:20 PM on Sunday, Utica Police and Utica Fire units were dispatched to an address on the 1100 block of Brinckerhoff Ave for a male suffering from a gunshot wound. The male victim was immediately transported to Wynn Hospital where he is currently undergoing care.

The status of the male will be updated when available. Utica Police units remain on the scene, processing evidence and attempting to gather information regarding the incident.
