June 19, 2024

PARAMUS, NJ—Elvis Daniel Camacho Montilla, 25, of Wallington, was arrested on Wednesday following an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office. The investigation, led by Chief Matthew Finck, centered on allegations of child sexual abuse material possession.

Members of the Cyber Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at Montilla’s residence on Lester Street as part of an internet-based investigation. Findings from the search indicated that Montilla used the internet to view, download, and possess material depicting nude and sexually explicit prepubescent children.

Montilla was charged with third-degree possession of child pornography and was taken into custody in Paramus. He has been remanded to the Bergen County Jail and is awaiting his first court appearance at the Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.
