WASHINGTON, PA — A Cash 5 with Quick Cash ticket sold in Washington County has won a jackpot of $726,103.50 in Wednesday’s drawing.

The ticket, which matched all five numbers, was sold at Jefferson Avenue Station LLC, located at 1060 Jefferson Avenue, earning the retailer a $5,000 bonus. The winning numbers for the August 28 draw were 4-8-10-16-19.

Winners have one year to claim the Cash 5 prize and must validate their ticket to be identified. Additionally, more than 21,000 other tickets won smaller prizes in the same drawing. Those holding winning tickets are encouraged to contact the nearest Lottery office or call 1-800-692-7481 for prize claim instructions.
