College Park Man Wins $50K Keno Prize

COLLEGE PARK, MD — A College Park resident, known as “Rich,” added another significant win to his Lottery history, claiming a $50,000 Keno prize.

The government employee, a loyal Maryland Lottery player for over 30 years, placed an 8-spot Keno bet at Eastern Avenue BP in Mt. Rainier. The winning numbers—4, 14, 24, 34, 44, 54, 64, and 74—came up in three consecutive drawings, and the addition of the Super Bonus multiplier boosted his prize to $50,000.

“Rich,” who previously won $10,000 playing Keno, realized his latest victory while chatting in a local store. After checking his ticket and seeing a congratulatory message, he rushed to his car to confirm the win. Hours later, a return visit to the Lottery retailer verified his good fortune.

“I was overjoyed and shocked when I realized I won,” said “Rich.” He plans to use his winnings to support his family, buy a small car, and save for the future.

Eastern Avenue BP, the location where the winning ticket was purchased, will receive a $500 bonus for selling the prize-winning ticket.
