Wellsville Man Faces Multiple Charges After East Dyke Street Incident

WELLSVILLE, NY – On December 1, Wellsville Police arrested 35-year-old Donald G. Williams Jr., charging him with multiple offenses, including Attempted Sexual Abuse 1st (Class D Felony). The arrest follows an incident that occurred on East Dyke Street.

Williams, a Wellsville resident, faces charges of Forcible Touching, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th, all Class A Misdemeanors, as well as Harassment 2nd (Violation). Following his arrest, Williams was processed and appeared before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. He was then committed to the Allegany County Jail, with bail set at $2,500 cash, a $5,000 property bond, or a $10,000 partially secured bond. Williams is scheduled for a court appearance in Wellsville Village Court on December 5 at 4:30 pm.
