What’s Going There? 11 Acre Lot Cleared on South Hope Chapel Road in Jackson

JACKSON TOWNSHIP, NJ – An 11-acre parcel that has been cleared on South Hope Chapel Road is being prepared for a construction project, but what is coming?

According to the Jackson Township Planning Board, in 2020 approved a 12-home construction project at the site by applicant Solomon Zolty Investment LLC.

The company was also approved in 2021 for a 21-home development on an 11-acre lot on the north side of Grawtown Road just west of Whitesville Road. That property is currently a horse farm.
