WHEELERSBURG, OH – Bonnie Kelly of Portsmouth won $20,000 playing the Ohio Lottery’s $10 scratch-off, $1,000,000 Cash Blowout.
Bonnie purchased her winning ticket at The Patriots’ Travel Center, located at 109 State Route 522 in Wheelersburg. After federal and state tax withholdings, she will receive approximately $14,400. She beat odds of 1 in 100,000 to win.
As of today, 15 prizes of $20,000 remain in the $1,000,000 Cash Blowout game, along with other prizes.
