Wilmington- Delaware State Police arrested Mustafa Dollard, 40, of Wilmington, DE, for DUI and weapon charges following a traffic stop Tuesday night.

On Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at approximately 8:37 p.m., a trooper on routine patrol on Governor Printz Boulevard in the area of Edgemoor Road observed a maroon Buick Century traveling northbound Governor Printz Boulevard above the posted speed limit. Upon contact the trooper immediately smelled an odor of alcoholic beverages and marijuana emanating from the vehicle. The trooper also observed obvious signs of impairment on the operator and a DUI investigation ensued. A computer inquiry revealed Dollard is a person prohibited from possessing a weapon.
