MANOR TOWNSHIP, PA – On Wednesday, August 04, 2021, Corporal Rockie Tice spoke with a victim who reported that on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at around noon, she was walking her dog in the 1000 block of Indian Marker Road, when a dog, who was left outside without a leash, left it’s property and attacked one of her dogs.

The victim said her dog did not sustain any injuries. Corporal Tice made contact with the owner of the attacking dog, Kim HART, 66, of Millersville, who admitted to leaving the dog outside without a leash, and she saw her dog leave the property and attack another dog that was on a leash. Based on the above, Corporal Tice filed a citation against HART for Manor Township Ordinance Owner To Control Dog.
