Woman groped at West 4th Street train station, police say

MANHATTAN, N.Y. — Police are searching for a man accused of forcibly groping a woman at the West 4th Street subway station on Saturday evening.

The incident occurred at approximately 7:25 p.m., when a 27-year-old woman was approached by an unidentified man on the platform. The man reportedly touched her breast and grabbed her buttocks before fleeing the scene on foot.

The victim was not physically injured, authorities said.

The suspect is described as a male with a slim build and a light complexion. He was last seen wearing all black clothing.

No arrests have been made, and the investigation remains ongoing as police work to identify the suspect.
